How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password". You get an email with a link valid for one hour.
I paid by mobile money but the course does not open
Do not pay again: confirmation sometimes takes a few minutes. If nothing happens, write to us with the transaction ID from your operator's SMS, the date and the amount.
Can I download a course to follow it offline?
Yes, lesson by lesson, if you are enrolled in the course. Your progress updates as soon as you reconnect.
How do I check a certificate?
Each certificate has a QR code and a number: scan it or enter the number on the verification page.
