These terms govern your use of the Eduzena platform.

1. Purpose
These Terms define how Eduzena provides its e-learning services (course catalog, lives, tutoring, subscriptions, certifications) to users: students, instructors, schools and enterprises.
2. Registration and account
Registration is free for students. Instructors go through a moderation step. Every user must provide accurate information and keep their account up to date. Accounts are strictly personal.
3. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed through Mobile Money (Orange, MTN, Wave, M-Pesa), credit card (Stripe) or PayPal, via our aggregators (Flutterwave, Paystack, CinetPay). Platform commissions and payout delays are detailed in the refund policy.
4. Intellectual property
Courses published on Eduzena remain the intellectual property of the instructors. Users receive a personal and non-transferable access license. Any unauthorized redistribution is strictly forbidden.
5. Termination
Users may delete their account at any time from the profile page. Eduzena reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.
