This document is a preliminary version. The final version will be vetted by our legal team before commercial launch.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale set the financial and contractual conditions for the sale of courses, subscriptions, live sessions, tutoring packs and certifications offered on Eduzena. Any order implies the buyer's full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Prices and currencies

Prices are displayed in CFA franc (XAF/XOF), euro (EUR) or US dollar (USD) according to the user's selected currency. Prices include any applicable taxes and may be changed at any time. The price applied is the one in effect when the order is validated.

3. Order

An order becomes firm and final upon payment confirmation by our payment provider. A summary email is sent to the buyer. Eduzena reserves the right to refuse any order on legitimate grounds (suspected fraud, prior payment default, content unavailability).

4. Payment methods

Payments are made by mobile money or bank card, through our payment providers (Flutterwave, FedaPay, Paystack, Stripe). Eduzena SARL collects funds on behalf of instructors as a technical payment intermediary; funds are held in escrow until disbursement.

5. Content delivery

Access to purchased content is opened immediately upon payment confirmation, from the buyer's personal area. The access duration is specified on each course detail page (lifetime access, limited duration or subscription).

6. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered on an intangible medium where execution has begun with the consumer's express consent. As a commercial gesture, Eduzena nevertheless offers a 14-day money-back guarantee under the conditions set out in the Refund Policy.

7. Instructor payouts

Instructors are paid via commission on their sales (default 70% seller / 30% platform, adjustable based on ambassador status). Payouts are made via Mobile Money or bank transfer, after KYC validation and instructor contract signature. Payout delays and minimum thresholds are detailed in the instructor contract.

8. Liability

Eduzena SARL makes its best efforts to ensure the availability, accuracy and quality of the content delivered. Its liability shall not be engaged for indirect damages, nor for content produced by instructors, who remain solely responsible for it.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, consumer buyers may freely refer the matter to the competent consumer mediator or to the European Commission's ODR platform. Failing amicable resolution, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts.
